From patient registration to providing guidance on how to use our products, we’re here to support you throughout your medical cannabis journey, and are a resource every step of the way.

Below are the steps to becoming a registered Green Relief patient.

 Obtain a prescription

A healthcare practitioner, such as your doctor, can issue a medical document, which serves as your medical cannabis prescription. For your security, your healthcare practitioner will fax the medical document to our Client Care team. 

Should you need support in obtaining a medical document, our team can connect you with one of our trusted clinic partners.

 Register with Green Relief

Registration takes only moments to complete online, and is required to onboard you as a patient. A physical copy of the registration document can be accessed by contacting Client Care.

 Become a patient

Upon receiving your medical document and registration, it typically takes one to two business days for our team to verify your documentation before welcoming you as a Green Relief patient. 

 Access your patient portal

You will receive a welcome email with a 16-digit ID code to access the online patient portal, and Green Relief products. You can also place orders with Client Care over the phone.
