Having graduated from Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario, Warren was brought up in an entrepreneurial family and was the third generation of Bravo to pursue a career in the cement business. After several years leading Canada’s largest cement floor finishing company, Warren (along with fellow founders, Lyn Bravo and Steve LeBlanc) took a leap into the medical cannabis industry to create was is known today as Green Relief. The mission is simple: Their mission: help patients improve their quality of life while furthering the science of medical cannabis and sustainable agriculture around the world.
Nigel is a plant physiological ecologist who studies responses to environmental resource variation. Nigel joined Green Relief in January 2018 as a Research Scientist and has since been exploring ways to improve production output and quality. In June. 2018, Nigel was also appointed as Master Grower to ensure that research activities directly informed production.
Derek studied sustainable energy and building technology at Humber college, with a focus on Aquaponics. With an interest in Sustainable Technology and Operations, as well as experience in sustainable agriculture and building design, Derek also works towards optimizing workflow, improve company management, and project coordination.
Dr. R. Tait Gale joined Green Relief in March 2018 as a research scientist, bringing his chemistry and biochemistry skillset to the oil production team. After receiving his Bachelors of Science degree in Biochemistry at the University of Guelph in 2011, his passion for health research and set him on course to pursue graduate studies. As part of Green Relief’s oil team, Tait works to ensures we produce the highest quality oils possible.
Sean graduated from the University of Western Sydney in Australia, focusing on degrees in International Management and International Marketing. He had the incredible opportunity to join the amazing team at Green Relief in January of 2017. As Head of Client Care, Sean has helped to build a first class team that puts our wonderful clients first as we assist them on their journey of discovering the potential healing benefits of cannabis.
Melanie is our Head of Aquaponics and resident ‘fish mom.’ After graduating from the University of Guelph with a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science, Melanie joined Green Relief and is primarily responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aquaponics related operations to ensure the health and safety of the fish and aquaponics systems. As the Head of Aquaponics, Melanie works closely with many other departments on various projects to promote expansion, education, and furthering the science of aquaponics.
